Wyndham Garden Newark/Fremont Silicon Valley

Great comfortable clean room. Shower was cold. I realized you have to turn the knob one way. Let it run for more than 5 minutes for it it get hot. Then it was too hot. Then you have to play around with it. They offered to change rooms. I thought I could just work with it. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Our family was here to be together before I found out if i have cancer. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. My sisters bathtub was full of ants, room 319. (Lax) I have a serious hearing problem, and the close caption on my TV wasn’t working. They said we’d need to do our own room because there were too many guest, there was rarely anybody at the front desk, hardly answered the phone. We went out to sit by the pool and our door key wouldn’t work to allow us back in, neither key!! Google called this a 9 star hotel. I’ve been to 6 and 7 stars and they had refrigerators, which was very inconvient without one, and I extended my trip an extra day!A frig in room would be a much needed and appreciated amendity. This hotel was great. Sal the General Manager was amazing and accommodated, most of my request prior to my arrival. Breakfast was great, front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. Only down side was rooms do not have a fridge, we were able to request one and sent to our room, Overall a great stay.

As a frequent traveler, I was very pleased with my stay at Wyndham Garden Newark/Fremont Silicon Valley. The staff was professional and courteous, and the breakfast, though simple, was fresh and satisfying. The property is well-maintained and offers good value for the price. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is about one hour away from downtown San Francisco, depending on traffic. If you plan to commute daily between the two, the savings on the room and breakfast will likely be offset by fuel and travel time.

I loved it here. The rooms were very clean. You get to do your laundry and go to their gym. I loved that they had a lot of options for breakfast and how it was different everyday. Will go here again!!

I stayed here for the weekend a couple of weeks ago. The staff was nice, and they upgraded my room for a suite. It was worth it. The room was very spacious, and the only bad thing is that one of the TVs in front of the bed, did not work. You could hear but no image, which was a bummer if you wanted to watch it there, but you have another one in the tiny living room. Great service, the breakfast is not the best; ens at 9am and by then, everything is gone. Swimming pool, and gym were great. The latter was missing wipes to clean the equipment or machines. laundry room small but pretty decent. The other big bummer is the store inside, right in front of the front desk. They have just… beverages, nothing else. Pretty good location, definitely will come back here.

Everything was always perfectly clean, organized, and comfortable, which made us feel truly at home. I would also like to recognize the entire Front Desk staff, who consistently provided outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. They were always ready to assist, answer questions, and ensure that our stay was smooth and stress-free. Another highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast offered by the hotel. The breakfast was fresh, well organized, and offered a great variety of options to start the day. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a quality dining experience for guests every morning. The hotel also provides a very safe, peaceful, and family-friendly environment, which was extremely important for us. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is calm and secure, and the staff truly cares about providing guests with the best possible experience. In addition, the location is excellent, especially for families and professionals visiting the Fremont and Silicon Valley area. Everything is convenient, and the hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing place to stay after a busy day. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations.
